MLDS Architects: Featured Project Highlights

Located on Commack road in the center of the shopping district of Deer Park, this retail center is a LEED Certified project and is comprised of three retail buildings totaling 77,190 sq. ft. Additionally there are other out-parcel buildings on the site. Some of the tenants occupying the center are: Advance Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, TGI Friday, Retro Fitness and Bank of Smithtown.

Architecture

Architecture is considered to be both the art and science of designing and building of structures. At the same time, design maintains a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Additionally it is of the utmost importance that the built environment maintain the health, safety and welfare of all persons for which it serves. It is ultimately, through the combined efforts of the entire team, owner, architect and builder, that a project may become a reality.

Planning

Design
