The Whitestone Manor Condominiums is a three story exclusive residential community comprised of 49 luxury condominium units spaciously designed in one grand complex. This complex contains studio units, one and two bedroom units, a multi level grand lobby, a fitness center with adjacent lounge & billiard room, exterior courtyard with gardens and fountain and two roof decks with some views of the throgsneck bridge and little neck bay.

Architecture

Architecture is considered to be both the art and science of designing and building of structures. At the same time, design maintains a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Additionally it is of the utmost importance that the built environment maintain the health, safety and welfare of all persons for which it serves. It is ultimately, through the combined efforts of the entire team, owner, architect and builder, that a project may become a reality.
